Department of Transport: Feasibility Study of a TUG Building Project in preparation of Public Private Partnership (PPP)

Overview

Lead Transaction Advisor and Financial Advisor appointed by the Department of Transport to conduct a feasibility study for the procurement of two Emergency Towing Vessels via PPP. Responsibilities include, project management and coordination, preparation of a comprehensive feasibility study including undertaking a needs analysis, options analysis, project due diligence, value assessment, risk assessment, value for money assessment, financial modelling, preparation of procurement documents and assistance with procurement.
