Development of a feasibility study and prepare specifications, preliminary design, tender documents and associated PIM to implement the 400kV integration of the planned Baynes Hydro Power Plant into the Angola and Namibia transmission networks. Responsible for development of a range of potential commercial structure options for the project and preparation of a project financial model to determine the commercial feasibility and Project bankability, including development of the PIM document.
