Project Manager to the Department of Energy on the procurement of Independent Power Producers through the Renewable Energy Feed-In Tariff Programme. Responsible for the project management as well as certain financial and risk aspects of the project. Responsibilities included:
- Lead transaction advisory (client liaison as single point of contact; subcontracting coordination and management of the team; engineers; environmental consultant, legal team; preparation of reports and presentations; PPP structuring and development of procurement documentation; leading negotiations)
- Financial advisory (project finance advisory, financial modelling, development of funding arrangements and funding facilities, financial negotiations and interaction with lenders, risk matrix development and value for money assessment)
- Project management support (on-site project management support to assist in management and implementation of the PPP project)
