Provision of investment advisory services in relation to the development, construction, operation and financing of a series of waste water treatment plants for coals mines in South Africa, for the supply of potable water to local communities. Responsible for leading and coordinating the project development activities up to financial close, such activities include undertaking a project due diligence, preparation of an investment case, negotiation and execution of a joint development agreement, reporting to the fund investment committees as required.
