Provision of financial advisory, commercial project management and bid management services to the Impilo Consortium 2.0 in respect of the new Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital PPP Concession. Responsible for providince project finance advice, financial modelling, assistance in the preparation of documentation in response to the bid submission request, input into legal documents such as the PPP agreement and financing agreements, assistance during the negotiations phase with the negotiation of all financial aspects as well as assistance with financial close. The team is also responsible for the provision of commercial project management, bid management and facilities management advisory.
