J Maynard is responsible for provision of project financial advice, determining a suitable financing structure for the project, identification of equity participants, preparation of a PIM, negotiations with lenders, equity finance raising, hedging and hedge placement advice, preparation of the financial model, assistance with inputs into the PPA and negotiations phase of the project as well as assistance with financial close.
