Conducted a review of all inputs on all the financial models used by the transaction advisors in the preparation of the Exit Strategy Report. Assessment of the correctness of all the financial models & inputs to all financial models; and provision of relevant data regarding the identified gaps and provision of advice on the best possible solution to bridge the gaps.
