Independent Monitor for the monitoring of the performance of the Private Party Tsepong, in the delivery of clinical, FM and IT services. The assignment is a joint appointment by both the Government of Lesotho and Tsepong to provide an independent review of the services provide as measured against the PPP Agreement.
