Lead Transaction Advisor and financial advisor to the Mauritius Road Development Agency for the Road Decongestion Programme PPP Toll Road Project. The project is the first toll road project in Mauritius and one of the largest single infrastructure projects undertaken in Mauritius. The assignment commenced in April 2009 and after appointment of the preferred bidder and conclusion of negotiations the Government of Mauritius decided not to proceed with the procurement under PPP process.
