Lead Transaction Advisor to eThekwini Municipality to undertake a feasibility study and PPP procurement in accordance with Municipal PPP regulations for the development of up to 70MLD waste water reuse plants at the Northern and KwaMashu Wastewater Treatment Works. Responsible for undertaking the full feasibility study and procurement deliverables up to financial close.
