Lead Transaction Advisor to the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform on the procurement of a suitable and sustainable working environment (accommodation and related services) through a public private partnership. Responsible for the preparation of a feasibility study, preparation of a financial model, preparation of procurement documents and PPP agreement, preparation of early works agreement. The project achieved financial close in March 2021.
