Financial Advisor as part of the team appointed by the Southern African Power Pool Coordination Centre (“SAPP CC”) to provide transaction advisory services for the establishment and construction of an approximately 560km, 400kV transmission line between South Africa and Botswana. Responsibilities include undertaking a feasibility study including preparation of a pre-feasibility financial model and undertaking a financial analysis.
