Financial Advisor to the WBHO Consortium in respect of its bid submission for the Kopanong Precincts PPP Project. The Precinct Projects comprise 4 independent tender packages (each a “Sub-Project”) for the refurbishment, operations and maintenance of some 18 buildings within the city centre of Johannesburg. Each of the 4 packages may range from between R1,2 and R1,8 billion in capital expenditure. Responsible for the interaction with consortium members in relation to the financing and commercial aspects of each Sub-Project, interaction with the lenders in relation to the debt term sheet, review of the PPP Agreement, project documentation and preparation of the financial submission response as well as financial modelling. In addition, assist WBHO with negotiations leading up to financial close should WBHO be appointed as the preferred bidder.
